The Delegate's Package includes:
  • Participation in all conference sessions during three days
  • Conference proceedings as hard cover book at conference start
  • Soft drinks during the conference all three days
  • Morning and afternoon coffee/tea on three days
  • Lunches during the conference (3 course menu on two days, buffet lunch on one day, incl. soft drinks)
  • Reception at Bremen Town Hall on Monday 19 May 2008
  • Conference dinner on Tuesday 20 May 2008 (incl. drinks)
  • If booked, three nights in one of the three hotels incl. breakfast (18-21 May 2008)

Substitutions can be made free of charge until Thursday, 15 May 2008.

If for any reason the delegate cancels the registration earlier than 15 March 2008, the complete conference fee will be refunded. If the cancellation is between 15 March and 15 April 2008, 50% of the conference fee will be refunded. Cancellations after that date are not subject to any refund.

Delegates who have paid the full conference fee, but are unable to attend or to send a substitute, have the option of receiving the conference material by postal mail after the end of the conference.

The organisers reserve the right to cancel the conference in case of insufficient advance registration.

Should you require an invitation letter from the conference organisers to support your visa application, we will be happy to help you, but please note that such a letter can only be issued when receipt of payment has been confirmed.

FEES:

Depending on the type of registration and the chosen hotel, different fees will apply. In case of Early Bird Registration (including those delegates who expressed already their interest before this price information was published), 15% of the fees are deducted.

All prices shown below are net prices; the current German VAT rate of 19% has to be added.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE:

In order to allow a payment procedure as easy, reliable and secure as possible, we will organise this the following way:

  • You register for the conference online and will get the information about the calculated final price automatically.
  • We send you an invoice by e-mail and/or by postal mail. This invoice will include a link and a password for a website to be accessed via this conference website.
  • You access the dedicated website and pay the final conference fees by credit card using a PayPal button.
  • After we have received the conference fees on our PayPal account, we send you the final confirmation of ISPIC 2008 participation.
